Africa deputy programme director, Noel Kututwa, said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>The BBC&#8217;s Raphael Tenthani in Blantyre says Mr Kasambara &#8211; who served as Mr Mutharika&#8217;s first attorney general when he came to power in 2004 &#8211;
