Its signed by the CEO, Ted Nandolo himself.<\/p>\n<p>I also have it on good authority that Mutharika has issued a decree stopping the pro-DPP marches, we thus have a clear path, people\u2026we starting at Blantyre DC\u2019s Office but if you arrive at Clock Tower, you will be directed.<\/p>\n<p>At Poly preps are advanced, I passed two red fliers under each room and students are upbeat\u2026<\/p>\n<p>The demos have been given a nod on several conditions:<\/p>\n<p>? That two names be put as sureties<\/p>\n<p>? That the demo organizers address the masses before setting off<\/p>\n<p>? That police inspect the contents of the placards<\/p>\n<p>? That marshals be chosen to work with police on security<\/p>\n<p>?
