African Union, New Partnership for African Development-NEPARD recognizes Malawi’s agriculture sector

Malawi has been recognized as one of the only eight African countries that have exceeded the ten percent target investment towards agriculture.

This was revealed at the eighth comprehensive African Agriculture Development Program- CAADP partnership workshop which was held in Kenya’s Capital Nairobi.

The workshop brought together players and stakeholders in agriculture from all African countries and was organised by African Union in collaboration with the New Partnership for African Development-NEPARD.
