The newly appointed leader of the opposition for Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) Mary Navicha has trashed off President Lazarus Chakwera’s State of Nation Address (SONA) describing it as speech with full of lies.
Navicha said Chakwera has given beautiful speeches in the past three years yet in the same years, Malawians have suffered so much.
“If I am to rate him, he has only achieved 15 percent of what he says. 85 percent are all lies,” she said.
The leader of opposition is scheduled to officially respond to Chakwera’s State of the Nation Address next week.
