Vice-President Saulos Chilima has arrived at the High Court of Malawi’s Financial Crimes Division in Lilongwe for a ruling in corruption case.
Chilima is accused of demanding unspecified sum of money from businessman Zuneth Sattar to influence government contracts.
Judge Redson Kapindu who is presiding over the case is expected to decide whether the Malawi Defence Force (MDF) should release some documents that the defence demanded as part of disclosures, among other issues.
