Malawian music icon Limbani Kalilani, popularly known as Tay Grin, has revealed that he plans to tie the knot this year. The announcement was made today, January 7, 2025, via his Facebook page, where he shared the news with his fans and followers.
The artist who calls himself Nyau King, posted a photo of himself captioned: “2025 is the year for the King to settle down & get married; a high-value man deserves a high-functioning, high-value woman.”
Tay Grin, believed to be in his early 40s, has long faced public speculation about his bachelor status, with some Netizens jokingly labeling him a “permanent bachelor” or even questioning his sexual orientation if he a Ngochana which mean being gay.
However, rumors about his relationship with Zambian media personality Mutale Mwanza, which sparked interest in the past, eventually fades out.
As of now, the artist has not disclosed the identity of the woman who will become the queen of his “Nyau Kingdom.” Fans are eagerly awaiting more details about the upcoming union.
