ZIMBABWE: A former friend of Robert Mugabe Jr. has explained why he leaked explicit videos of the late Zimbabwean leader’s son, showing him with two women. The friend also released footage of Robert Jr. allegedly assaulting another mutual friend, Nyasha Rusinga. One clip shows Robert Jr. attacking Nyasha, while another reveals him tampering with the victim’s IV drip in a hospital.
The former friend posted on social media, saying: “I went to jail because of you!!! And now you’re attacking my family???” He also shared a chilling account of an assault, where Nyasha describes being hit with a beer bottle: “I was hit on the shoulder and leg. The bottle hit so hard my skin tore, and I needed stitches at United Bulawayo Hospitals.”
In his post, the friend added, “You even abuse your own friends and now you’re coming for my wife and kids??? Come on! How ruthless.”
