Information reaching this publication indicates that law enforcers in Mzimba have shot in the leg a man suspected of carrying Chamba.
The victim has been identified as Emmanuel Kamanga who is currently admitted at Mzimba district hospital.
According to information at hand, Kamanga was shot in the left lower limb while on his motorbike leg last night.
MPS is yet to comment on the matter.
