A tragic incident has shaken the community of Mpika District in Muchinga Province, Zambia. A man, driven by emotions and a sense of possession, brutally attacked his predecessor with an axe.
Innocent Chanda, despite being divorced from his former wife, Angela Mukungule, harbored lingering feelings that led to this violent act.
The return of the bride price, symbolizing the end of their union, did not ease his turmoil.
