The Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) has announced that some people have taken down their Facebook page.
In a letter from Shadric Namalomba, the party’s spokesperson, this has happened because some individuals are waging a war against democracy in the country.
They are calling on the government to assist them in reclaiming the page and to protect it from further attacks.
Namalomba also mentioned that there should be an investigation to determine who is responsible for taking down their page, and those responsible should be held accountable.
