Ugandan athlete Rebecca Cheptegei has been seriously burned after allegedly being set on fire by her Kenyan boyfriend in Trans Nzoia.
The athlete who participated in the recent Paris Olympics, is currently in critical condition with over 75% of her body burned.
She is currently receiving treatment at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya.
The injuries were reportedly inflicted by her boyfriend who allegedly doused her with petrol.
