Angry villagers at Bangula in Nsanje have burnt to death a man suspected of raping his brother’s wife before taking her life.
An eyewitness say the incident happened near Thangazi River.
Police officials from Nsanje rushed the scene to rescue the deceased but were chased away by the angry villagers, according to the source.
It is said that the suspect raped his in-law before killing her.
The law enforcers are yet to comment on the matter.
