The funeral mass for late Ralph Kasambara who succumbed to heart failure in Lilongwe on Friday, 7 June, is underway in his home village, with the preacher, Father Raymond Mwale emphasizing on the sacrament of repentance and forgiveness.
In his eurogy, Father Mwale of the Mzuzu Diocese of the Roman Catholic Church says Kasambara’s demise has left a huge mark not only to the country but also to the church.
Mwale says the church and all its Bishops across the country are heartbroken about the death of the learned man Kasambara who was their devuoted member and a patriotic citizen of the country.
Several lawyers like Chikosa Silungwe, Dingiswayo Madise, Victor Gondwe, Wapona Kita and politicians, Khumbo Kachali, Uladi Musa, Catherine Gotani Hara, Richard Chimwendo Banda and religious leaders are among those that are paying their last respect to the departed Kasambara.
