Police in Nkhotakota have arrested a 30 year old Edwin Banda and a 20 year old Gift Banda in suspicion that they injured a Kabaza operator and stole his motor bike worth 1.9 million.
Nkhunga police spokesperson Andrew Kamanga said they received a report on Monday from Clement Phiri saying the two men hired his motor bike pretending to be his customers, after reaching Dwambazi forest the suspects injured him and stole his motor bike
Kamanga further said that, the victim reported the matter to Nkhunga police after the incident, and nkhunga police referred him to Luwerezi police station.
The two suspects are expected to answer the criminal offence in court.
