A middle-aged man was captured on video busily fingering his partner at a public eatery, Las Palmas, located around Abeka La.
The unidentified couple was seen having a meal while engaging in intimate behavior under the table.
The man, dressed in a suit and bow tie, had his hand wandering in the woman’s dress while she looked around for onlookers and slowly munched on her food.
Displaying no shame, the man continued his actions in full view of other patrons at the public restaurant.
