The board of directors of Mighty Wanderers Football Club (2021) Ltd has been dissolved with immediate effect.
The club’s president and board chairperson Dr. Thomson Mpinganjira has confirmed the dissolution.
According to a statement signed by Mpinganjira, this follows an ordinary resolution by the majority of the shareholders of the company.
Reads the statement in part: “Following the dissolution of the board, all matters requiring the attention of the board shall be directed to the acting chief executive officer, Roosevelt Mpinganjira.
“All members of the dissolved Board are requested to consult the acting chief executive officer for appropriate administrative arrangements if any. ”
The Nomads are looking to bounce back in 2024 season after having a dry 2023 football season.
