Catholic University has announced the upward adjustment of tuition fees by 20% effective January, 2024.
According to a letter signed by the Acting Vice Chancellor, Rev. Dr. Wilfred Sumani, the university council has decided to adjust the fees following the 44% devaluation of Malawi Kwacha.
The letter has highlighted that the new fee structure will not apply to 2020 nursing & Midwifery, cohort because their final semester started in November, 2023 and will end in June.
The development has come after, Kamuzu University of Health Sciences (KUHES), Mzuni and DMI also adjusts their tuition fees.
