The Lusaka High Court has granted an injunction to the Patriotic Front against expelled member Miles Sampa.
The Court has restrained Mr. Sampa to stop masquerading as a member of the Patriotic Front or as a leader of the Patriotic Front.
In an exparter order, the Court has restrained Mr.Sampa from holding himself as a member of the Patriotic Front or leader of the Party.
Following the suspension of Sampa he proceeded to hold the so-called Extra-Ordinary Conference against the provisions of the Party Constitution.
The party has since expelled Sampa.
The Party has requested that the Speaker of National Assembly declare the Matero Seat vacant immediately.
