Information reaching this publication indicates that a suspected thief has been beaten before being set ablaze in Nsanje District.
The suspected thief has been identified as Paul Boniface, from Mkuziwaduka village T/A Ngabu in the district.
According to information at hand, the suspect was on a mission to steal from a shop before being intercepted by the mob which beat him up, hacked him before setting him on fire.
According to VH Mpaso, Paul’s body was discovered this morning adjacent to Nyachipere River.
