The Second Grade Magistrate court in Phalombe has sentenced a 49-year old woman to 4 years imprisonment with hard labour for injuring her customer’s manhood.
Phalombe police spokesperson, Jimmy Kapanja has confirmed this saying the incident happened on August 12 this year when the convict who was selling beer that day became furious and undressed her customer before she cut off his private parts after failing to pay K2800 he owes her for a beer.
However, Kapanja said Second Grade Magistrate Samati, slapped the convict with 4 years imprisonment with hard labour to deter would be offenders.
The convict, Gladys Binali, 49, hails from Nyambalo Village, Traditional Authority Mkhumba in Phalombe district.
