Board Chairperson for (National Oil Company of Malawi) NOCMA and Secretary to President and Cabinet, Colleen Zamba has not showed up for the Public Appointments Committee meeting.
Zamba was suppose to appear before the committee immediately after Hellen Buluma but when it was her time she was in no show.
Joyce Chitsulo Chairperson for the committee says the committee will consult necessary standing orders and parliament legal team to map way forward on that.
“We summoned her and she decided not to come, we don’t know her reasons,” she said.
During Buluma’s appearance, she has implicated Zamba to be behind most Unprocedural fuel deals.
