Police in Lunzu, Blantyre are keeping in custody a minibus driver y for allegedly being found with a live pangolin on Monday night.
The suspect has been identified as Maxwell Makunda.
According to Chileka police spokesperson Jonathan Phillipo, the minibus driver was arrested following a tip from well wishers who said that Makunda was keeping and offering the protected animal for sale.
