Health authorities in Lilongwe have confirmed that they have for the past one week been receiving drug poisoning cases in the district.
The development comes amid report of a taxi driver being poisoned by two unknown people who have stolen his car in Lilongwe.
Kamuzu Central Hospital Director of Health and Social Services Dr Jonathan Ngoma has confirmed of the development.
Ngoma has since warned people to be on guard of such malpractices.
