175 Former State House employees have dragged the State House to court for not paying them their gratuities between 2019 and 2020.
Last time Attorney General Thabo Chakaka Nyirenda did not come when the court summoned him for negotiations over the matter saying was not ready.
According to a court document, hearing of the matter has been scheduled for October 18, 2022 before Industrial Relations Court in Blantyre.
