A Kenyan Court has ordered a lady to refund transport money worth Kenyan Sh3, 000 she ate and failed to turn up.
According to Kenyan media, court ruled in favor of the man after he presented both mobile money statements and WhatsApp chats to prove his case.
Basing on the above, a judge ruled in his favor.
The lady was ordered to pay back the initial 100,000 plus an additional interest of 25, 000 and 650, 000 for causing the man emotional distress.
