Kezzie Msukwa’s case shifted to April 18, supporters stranded at Court

The High Court in Lilongwe has delayed further, hearing of a judicial review application by former minister of Lands Kezzie Msukwa and co-accused Ashok Nair for the duo’s alleged corrupt dealings.

Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) director of legal services Chrispin khunga has told the press that one of Msukwa’s lawyers Chimwemwe Kalua lost a relation in South Africa hence the adjournment.

The hearing has since been slated for April 18 2022.

Meanwhile, some disgruntled people who were allegedly hired to drum support for Msukwa and Nair are stranded at the High Court premises in Lilongwe.

At Some point, the supporters were seen chanting songs in support of Nair and Msukwa. Some the supporters were seen carrying placards with different messages.
