Three children from Seke Village died after a hut they were sleeping in cought fire during the early hours of Monday.
In a Statement, the Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) said the cause of the fire is not yet known adding that investigations are in progress.
Taking to their Twitter page, the ZRP wrote:
“Police in Dema are investigating a sudden death case which occurred on 08/11/21 at 0045 hours at Sengu Village, Seke. Three juveniles aged 8, 11 and 16 were burnt beyond recognition when the hut they were sleeping in caught fire. The origin and cause of the fire is not known.”
