A 51 year old man Weston Jusa who was on court bail for allegedly defiling his 12 year old step daughter has been rearrested in Mwanza.
Mwanza Police Public Relations Officer Edwin Kaunda, confirmed of the development.
According to Kaunda, Jusa kept on defiling his step daughter despite answering similar charges.
Jusa was working as a clerk for Mwanza magistrate Court until his arrest in November last year.
Weston Jussa of TA Mbenje in Nsanje is expected to answer a second charge of defilement.
