Information reaching faceofmalawi indicates that Councillor for Mthandizi Ward Isaac Jomo Osman has been rejected in United Transformation Movement (UTM).
It is reported that Jomo has dumped the Democratic Progressive party (DPP) and was set to join UTM today in Blantyre.
The welcoming ceremony was set to be held at Blantyre Youth Cenntre but the event has been cancelled.
Jomo was arrested twice by the law enforcers on allegations bordering on assault and theft.
He was also picked for question on assault of Human Right Defenders Coaliton (HRDC) Member Billy Mayaya during anti-Jane Ansah demonstrations in Blantyre.
