The Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) has distanced itself from an incident in which one of its monitors, Mary Banda, who been arrested at Mbalachanda in Mzimba, was found in possession of six national IDs and voter registration certificates.
DPP spokesperson, Nicholas Dausi said the party has no clue regarding Banda’s motive to be found with the said documents.
Meanwhile, Dausi then asked this reporter to follow up with the police on the matter and not the party
