The High Court in Blantyre has ordered a review of an order of the lower court that discharged a warrant of arrest against Dr. Thom Mpinganjira of FDH Holdings.
High Court Registrar Agnes Patemba confirmed of the order in an interview with the press.
“Section 360 gives us power to check the correctness. We have called for the file to be checked,” said Patemba.
According to Patemba, there are some anomalies in the Zomba ruling.
Patemba said the summon was supposed to be cancelled at a higher court or the same court where it was obtained from.
