Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) aspiring parliamentary candidate for Lilongwe City Central Limbani Kalirani has promised to develop the capital city once voted in the forthcoming May 21 elections.
Kalirani made the remarks at Kauma where he addressed a campaign political rally.
Kalirani pledged to initiate the much needed development projects that will turn the capital city to befit its status.
Kalirani said he is set to implement a number of developments which include the construction of a new market in the area which he has already started.
